- Once a server has been boosted, the boosts cannot and will not be transferred or removed under any circumstances.
- If your server loses boosts due to actions by you or others, Heaven's Market is not responsible for re-boosting.
- It is your responsibility to DISABLE/KICK all anti-raid bots before boosting. Failure to do so will not be covered.
- Heaven's Market is not liable for any replacements if Discord initiates a mass revoke of boosts.

- We may not always have Nitro gift links readily available. If unavailable, you will be added to our queue, and you will be notified once it’s your turn.
- Our gift links come with a 20-minute warranty unless stated otherwise. If your Nitro gift is revoked after this time, **no replacements** or refunds will be offered unless explicitly stated.
- Our gift links are not auto-claimed. We do not provide warranties for this; however, if an issue on our side is proven, we will replace the gift link. You must provide proof such as video recordings of the claim and screenshots of your Nitro credits before and after.
- To qualify for a replacement, you must provide valid proof such as a video of the claim and an email confirmation showing the Nitro was revoked.

- Heaven's Market is not responsible for replacing promotional links that were damaged by the purchaser.

- If Discord initiates a mass revoke of Nitro promotions, replacements will only be provided if the promotion has not yet been claimed.

- If a tool stops working, gets patched, or is leaked, we will attempt to fix and update it. However, no refunds will be provided if the tool becomes unusable. "Lifetime" access refers to the lifespan of the service, not your usage duration.

- The base warranty for accounts is 24 hours. After this period, we are no longer obligated to replace the account, even if "lifetime" is specified. In extreme cases, we may still replace accounts beyond this period, but it is at our discretion.
- (Netflix) Unless stated otherwise in the title or product description, accounts come with one profile. If unavailable, you may be provided with a 5-profile account, but it will only have a 10-minute login warranty as these accounts are cracked and not private.
- FA (Full Access) accounts will be provided, but if the method becomes patched, we will temporarily supply NFA (Non-Full Access) accounts.
- Replacements will only be issued for valid reasons (e.g., membership expiration). Non-valid reasons such as VPN usage or incorrect passwords are not covered unless the password is genuinely invalid.
- Heaven's Market does not resell accounts.
- If you experience an invalid password error, the issue is likely on Netflix's end due to session limits. We will assist as best as possible, including providing cookies to help you regain access.
- Even if OGE (Original Email) is mentioned in the description, it may not be available if the method is patched.
- We will not replace accounts if you revoke/expire the account or get locked out. All accounts and cookies are verified before delivery, so issues are unlikely on our side.
- You may change the password, but Heaven's Market will not assist if you become locked out or encounter an invalid password. A warranty is still valid under these conditions.

- If we decide to refund, we reserve the right to deduct Sellix and network fees.

Additionally, your purchased product will be invalidated. No refunds will be issued unless the problem is on our side and you provide adequate proof of the issue.

- You have 24 hours to claim your item. After this period, we will not fulfill your order (for claimable items only).
- We are obligated to replace an item only once. If you receive a replacement and the account is revoked again, we may or may not issue another replacement.
